Lowell Edward "Eddie" Nelson, Jr. 50, of Summerville, husband of Deborah Shearouse Nelson died Friday, January 11, 2008 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2008 at 1 o'clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel, Summerville. Inurnment will be held at Dorchester Memory Gardens at a later date.
Eddie was born August 29, 1957 in Union City, Indiana, son of Lowell Edward Nelson, Sr. of Bradenton, Florida and the late Carolyn Joan Early Nelson. He was a graduate of Southeast High School, Bradenton, Florida. He enjoyed golfing, boating, spending time with his family and was an avid nascar fan. He was general superintendent with Cape Romain Contracting Inc.

3 grandchildren: Cameron, Amelia and Madison Morrison all of Norfolk, Virginia
3 brothers and 1 sister: Rex Nelson and his wife Theresa of Parrish, Florida, Tony Nelson of Bradenton, Florida, Joanne Hutchinson of Sarasota, Florida and Johnny Nelson and his wife Denise of Parrish, Florida.
