Wilma passed away on January 24, 2008 in Spokane, WA. Her home was Wilbur, WA. She was born on April 15th, 1917 in Roundup, Montana to Gustave and Elsie (Haas) Hoppe. She is survived by her two sons, Jay R. Jurgensen and Jayne of Republic, WA and Chris A. Jurgensen and Linda (Nee) of Keller, WA; two daughters, Gail D. Schoolcraft and Stanley of Yakima, WA, and Sara J. Rice of Wilbur, WA; eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, one sister, Inez (Pat) Anderson of Post Falls, ID, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald in 2003, two brothers and two sisters. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church and Altar Society of Wilbur and was a Red Cross Swimming Instructor for over 50 years. She was active in all organizations that her children were involved in. She was a Senior Intern in Olympia for Maria Cantwell for a year. A Rosary will be held on Tuesday, January 29th, 2008 at 7:00 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilbur, WA with Father Mike Ishida officiating. Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 30th, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wilbur with Father Pat MacMahon officiating.
