Charles W. Haaser, 81, died Friday evening in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Charles was born in Fremont on April 9, 1925 to Harold and Bernadine ( Durand) Haaser.  He was a 1942 graduate of St Joseph High School.  On June 18, 1947, Charles married Isabelle A. Frederick at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fremont.  Charles was in business with his brothers Raymond and Edward at Haaser Distributing and Double "A" Distributing.



Later in his life, he owned and operated "Chuck's Tux".  Charles was best known in Fremont for having The House Band at Rainbow Garden. 



Charles is survived by his sons Thomas C. (Connie) Haaser of Fremont, Harold F. (Sheryl) Haaser of Lakeland, FL, daughters Deborah A. West of Las Vegas, NV, and Laura L. Haaser of Fremont, 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.



His parents, wife Isabelle and three brothers, Thomas, Raymond and Edward, precede him in death.



The family sends a special thank-you to Deborah and Angelina West for being by his side as he left this world doing what he loved: listening to "Big Band" music.  We all love you Dad!



 



There will be no visitation



 



Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM from St. Joseph Catholic Church with Father David Bruning officiating.



 



Burial will be private
