Pamela Ann Hofstetter
November 11, 1946 - June 18, 2010
Pamela Ann Hofstetter, 63, of Fremont died at her home early Friday morning with her family by her side. She was born November 11, 1946 in Fremont to the late Richard D. and Ruth D (Snyder) Maier, Sr. She graduated from St. Joseph High School in 1964. She married her husband, Dennis Hofstetter on August 2, 1974. While Pam did work later in life, she was primarily a homemaker and enjoyed raising her children. She also enjoyed gardening, reading, cooking, and watching football, especially the Miami Dolphins. She was involved in the Amvets and VFW Ladies Auxillary, where she won numerous awards and held various chairs throughout the years, including Past District 9 President. Pam struggled with cancer later in life and she was such a brave and strong fighter. She lived to be with her family, right up until the end.

She is survived by her husband, Dennis Hofstetter of Fremont; children, Josh (Nicole) Hofstetter of Fremont, Lindsay Drown of Perrysburg, Ashley Agnew of Fremont; brother Richard D. Maier II of Fremont; sister, Carol (Deb Shumar) Maier of Hilton Head, SC; grandchildren, Ariana, Jayden, Hunter, Lauren, Austin, Morgan, and Brayden. Pam is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Courtney Lynn Hofstetter; sister, Marcia Liwaj.

Calling hours will be Monday from 2-4 & 6-8PM at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch St, Fremont. A Mass of Resurrection will take place Tueday at 1:00PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial following at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family c/o the funeral home. Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason was honored with the privilege of serving Pam’s family.
