Brenda J. Albert
Brenda J. Albert, 63, of Fremont, died Thursday afternoon at The Toledo Hospital. She was born February 28, 1946 in Fremont, the daughter of Blake B. and Ann (Anton) Gruver. Brenda retired from Toledo Public Schools, where she was a Special Education teacher. On January 8, 1971 she married Wayne R. Albert Sr., he preceded her in death on December 2, 1994. Brenda a member of the V.F.W. Auxiliary, was a Boy Scout Den Mother, Girl Scout Leader, and a 4-H Advisor. She enjoyed shopping with her granddaughter, traveling, her cats, Star Trek, and listening to Patsy Cline and Elvis.
Surviving are her children: Wayne R. Albert, Jr., of Cincinnati, OH; Nathan E. Albert of Fremont, OH; Blake Anne Albert of Fremont; OH; Amanda Jo (Andy) Bloomfield of Tiffin, OH; grandchildren: Morgan, Justin, Katlyn, Elena; her sister, Diane (Richard) Hanny of Fremont, OH; sister-in-laws: Joanne Gruver of Fremont; Cheryl Gruver of Green Springs, OH. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brothers: Tom and Don Gruver, sister, Judith Ann Gleba and brother-in-law Tom Gleba.
Visitation: will take place Sunday from 5 to 8p.m. at Keller-Ochs-Koch-Mason Funeral & Cremation Service, 416 S. Arch St., Fremont, Ohio
Memorial Services: will begin at 11:00 A.M. on Monday with Pastor Bill Brown officiating.
